We reach the insurers you can't.
The insurers that still say yes to homes like yours don't sell online and don't advertise. They work through agents, and casa does that work for you.

Questions people ask us
How fast will I get quotes?
Within 24 hours of your request, usually much sooner, seven days a week. You see the exact time to expect them as soon as you finish the form, and we email you the moment they're ready. A licensed agent checks every search first.
Is this real insurance?
Yes. Your coverage comes from real, rated insurance companies, arranged by a licensed California agent. casa is the technology that runs the search and delivers your quotes; it is not an insurance company. You can ask who the insurer is and how it's rated any time, before anything is final.
What happens if I have a claim?
You file it with the insurer, the same as any policy, using the number on your policy documents, and a licensed agent at casa can walk you through it. One thing to know: the specialty insurers are not covered by California's insurance guaranty fund, which is part of why they can write homes the big names won't. Each one we work with is rated for financial strength, and you can ask how yours is rated before anything is final.
Why can these insurers cover my home when the big names won't?
Some insurers are built for the homes the big names turn down: older homes, homes near brush, homes with a claim on record. These specialty insurers are part of the regulated insurance industry (the technical name is surplus lines), and they only work through licensed agents. California has rules for using them, and we handle all of that for you.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Getting quotes is free, with no obligation. The only amounts you ever see are the insurer's premium, any policy fees, and, for specialty insurers, the state tax and fee that come with them.
Will you call me?
Only if your request needs it. We work by email. A licensed agent calls when something needs a person, like one missing detail or a choice worth talking through. No sales calls, and we never sell your information.
Can I talk to a real person?
Yes, any time. A licensed agent answers questions by email and by phone at (602) 476-1003, Mon-Fri 9-6 Pacific. Reply to any email from us and it goes straight to a person. We never make sales calls.
What if you can't find me a quote?
You'll know within 24 hours, and you're not left on your own. A licensed agent looks at your home personally and reaches out to talk through what's possible.
Do you sell my information?
No. We use what you share to search for quotes, to reach you about this request, and to meet legal and insurance requirements. That's it. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
