Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you request quotes: your name, email, mobile number, home address, and answers about your home and insurance history. We validate and normalize your address through the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, loan or account numbers, or payment information during the quote request. If you choose a quote, a licensed agent collects anything else needed to finish, and that happens off this website.

If you leave your email before we open, we keep it, with the address you entered, to tell you when casa is available and to plan where to open first.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and deliver your quotes, to have a licensed agent search the standard market and then the surplus lines markets on your behalf, and to contact you about your request.

With your authorization, New Horizon Insurance Services may obtain reports about you and this property from consumer reporting agencies, including claims-history (CLUE) reports, prior-loss and property reports, and public records, used for insurance quoting.

Advertising and conversion measurement

Only our landing page may carry advertising pixels. The questionnaire and quote pages carry no third-party scripts, pixels, chat widgets, or tag managers.

To measure whether our ads work, we share a HASHED (irreversible) version of identifiers such as your email address with advertising platforms, server-side, so those platforms can match a conversion without receiving your actual email. We share hashed identifiers for measurement only; we do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. We store a first-party, anonymous identifier in your browser to understand how the quote flow performs. It is not tied to your name and is not shared.

How we share information

We share your information with New Horizon Insurance Services and the insurance markets and their wholesalers involved in searching for and preparing your quotes. We share hashed identifiers with advertising platforms for measurement as described above. We may share information to comply with the law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

Insurance records such as quote requests, quotes, disclosures, and messages are retained and are not deleted, consistent with insurance recordkeeping practices. We protect information in transit and at rest and limit access to authorized staff.

Your choices

You can use the unsubscribe link in any reminder email, or contact us to ask about the information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights described in the insurance information-practices notice.

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sharing for advertising and honor it without any account or extra step. Your Privacy Choices shows what we detect on your browser and lets you set the opt-out yourself.
