During business hours, Mon-Fri 9-6 Pacific. Your quotes do not wait on an email reply: they come back in under a minute to 24 hours, depending on the home, right on your screen. If the search comes back empty, you hear back within 24 hours.
Can I just call?

I got an email from Casa. Is it really you?
Our email comes from an address ending in casa.insure and carries the same license line you see at the bottom of this page. We never ask for a password or a card number. We ask for bank details only on your own Casa page, after you choose a quote, and only to pass them to your insurer. If something looks wrong, write to quotes@casa.insure and ask.
